It all started in 1986 when Patrick Haegeman learned the tricks of trade as free-lance gaffer in various productions for TV, film and video (such as RTBF, RTL, VRT and VTM).
In 1997, when Patrick bought his first lighting truck, inclusive the matching equipment, K-light was established.
Ever since he carried out many complex assignments as gaffer.
Hardly three years later a second step forward was taken when new equipment was bought and the logo renewed.
In 2000 a second renewal became necessary. K-light moved to an other seat and invested in a new lighting car and in hi-tech equipment. (see contact)
